Our Town: Basalt, Colorado

Basalt is a dynamic mountain community located at the confluence of two rivers, the Fryingpan and the Roaring Fork. Vibrant and diverse, the community offers a wealth of recreational opportunities. Basalt is rich in history and maintains a small town feel while offering a wide variety of restaurants and unique shopping. The surrounding communities are Aspen, Snowmass Village, Carbondale and Glenwood Springs.

Our Community

The Villas at Elk Run were built in 1995 and are situated just a 5 minute walk to the middle of Old Town Basalt. The ninety-one units consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums, surrounding a communal park. Overlooking the Roaring Fork River and next door to the local schools, the Villas at Elk Run have an ideal location for a peaceful, tranquil setting and everyday convenience.
